Here is the recipe as promised!
Charles' Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
1 cup milk
3 T chocolate whey protein*
5 frozen large strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1) Throw in a blender and enjoy!
*I'm not sure yet how I feel about whey protein. I need to do some research on it. You could sub cocoa powder, some chocolate chips or anything else to give it chocolate flavor that you want.
Ok, do NOT sub chocolate chips. They taste disgusting in the smoothie. BUT 1T of almond or cashew butter is awesome as a sub.
