Ingredients:
- 1 c unbleached, all purpose white flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T ground flax seed
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t nutmeg
- 3 T sugar (optional)
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk
- 2 T oil (I used grapeseed)
- 1 t almond extract
Recipe:
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- Mix all wet ingredients together
- Mix wet/dry ingredients together
- Let sit for about 5 min to thicken up
- Pour batter onto hot griddle (about 300 degrees) and cook until one side start to bubble, then flip
- Top with pure maple syrup...it's amazing and totally worth the splurge
You are going to have to make these when you come in Dec. They sound very good.
